Small-group personal training (SGPT)
I offer small-group personal training sessions that are affordable, fun, and empowering. With groups of just 3 to 4 people, you’ll receive personalized attention while enjoying the energy and motivation of working out with others.
These sessions are designed to be both challenging and supportive, helping you stay on track with your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or simply have a good time, my small-group training provides a positive, encouraging environment where everyone can thrive together.

One-to-One & Doubles
I offer personalized one-to-one and doubles personal training sessions designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you prefer focused, individual attention or enjoy working out with a partner for added motivation, I’ll tailor each session to your unique needs.
With my guidance, you’ll receive expert advice, effective workouts, and the support you need to see real results. Let’s work together to achieve your goals in a way that’s fun, efficient, and sustainable!
