Small-group personal training (SGPT)
We offer small-group personal training sessions that are affordable, fun, and empowering. With just 3 to 4 people per group, you’ll get personalised coaching while enjoying the energy and motivation of training alongside others.
Our sessions are designed to be both challenging and supportive, helping you stay consistent and make real progress. Whether you’re building strength, boosting endurance, or just looking for a feel-good way to move, our small-group training creates a positive, encouraging space where everyone can thrive together.

One-to-One & Doubles
We offer personalised one-to-one and doubles personal training sessions designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you prefer focused individual attention or enjoy the motivation of training with a partner, we’ll tailor each session to suit your unique needs.
With our guidance, you’ll get expert coaching, effective workouts, and the support you need to see real, lasting results. Let’s work together to make your goals achievable, enjoyable, and sustainable.
