Small-group personal training (SGPT)
We offer small-group personal training sessions that are affordable, fun, and empowering. With just 3 to 4 people per group, you’ll get personalised coaching while enjoying the energy and motivation of training alongside others.
Our sessions are designed to be both challenging and supportive, helping you stay consistent and make real progress. Whether you’re building strength, boosting endurance, or just looking for a feel-good way to move, our small-group training creates a positive, encouraging space where everyone can thrive together.

One-to-One & Doubles

Brytrex Strength + Fitness combines the expertise of Jo Bryan-Smith and Jacob Greatrex to deliver personalised online coaching that fits around your life.
